This is an overview of Appy Cabs’ booking policies that have been put in place for the smooth running of our services for both our customers and drivers.

Pre-Bookings

While every effort is made by our drivers to arrive at, or slightly before your pick up time, please allow up to 10 minutes after the pick up time to account for any unforeseen circumstances.
When booking a taxi to arrive somewhere at a specific time (train, doctor’s appointment, restaurant reservation etc.) please leave 30 minutes between the time of the appointment and your pick up time, in case there is heavy traffic or roadworks etc.

Can I Get a Taxi Straight Away?

Typically a taxi can arrive in between 10 to 20 minutes. The quickest and best way to book a taxi with Appy Cabs is via our App, however, you can also use our automated telephone line on 01229 808080

Do you Have Pet Friendly Taxis?

Yes we do and it’s simple to specify a pet friendly taxi  in our App.

After selecting your pick up and drop off locations

> Select Any Vehicle

> Choose Pet Friendly and Press Select

> Select Book Now or Later to Confirm your Booking

Can I Pay by Card?

Yes, customers can pay by cash or card in taxi, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I Make a Recurring Booking?

If you require a recurring taxi booking, whether it be to school, college, work or anywhere, trust Appy Cabs to get you there on time.  No need to call or book through the app, send us a message on WhatsApp and we will set up your recurring booking.

How Do I Contact you About Lost Property?

If you have left any items in one of our taxis, the best way to contact us is on Facebook Messenger, please include as much information as possible (pick up/drop off location etc.)
